I have a small annoyance here, wonder if anyone can suggest a workaround. I basically have 2 pop accounts in E-rage 2004 that matter to me, scott@ and [EMAIL PROTECTED] The new mail sounds triggers when any email comes to either, and I only want it to trigger when it comes to scott@
I tried turning off the new mail sound in prefs, then creating a rule to only play the sound when mail is addresses to scott@, the trouble with that is that the rule is not as smart as the prefs. I get one sound for every single email, so when I wake up in the morning and 30 emails come in to scott@, the sounds build up and take a few minutes to fully all play, by which time the email has long since already been downloaded. The prefs enabled sounds are smarter, they only play once, or at least, less. To work around this visually, I tell it to only show the "bezel" on the correct scott@ account but the audio side of things would be nice.
