Note that that tool is only for PST files deriving from Outlook 2001 Mac,
not from any of the  Outlook Windows versions.

For Windows Outlook, you'll have to ask a friend who has it on a PC to make
a temporary new Outlook Profile for you, import the PSTs, then export again
as .csv and .mbx (via Eudora) and use my "Export-Import Entourage X" scripts
from
 
 MacScripter.net   <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/>

or one of the other methods of exporting via vCards, .ics files, etc.
