Did you follow up on any of the ideas I outlined with individual users? (My
tips were based on supporting a few thousand Mac users with Entourage and
Exchange accounts.) If you didn't, I'd look into them.

We've even documented this for our site:

gevents.html>

Are all of your users reporting this problem, or just some? My guess is that
only a small number of them are actually seeing this problem (that has been
the case of us so far), and if you look at the kind of data they have in
their Exchange mailboxes, you'll be able to clear this up. If the exact tips
I outlined don't work (i.e. looking for infinitely-repeating meetings),
troubleshooting the problem yourself and posting about your experience can
add to our collective knowledge.

Are your front end servers scaled to support the amount of HTTP/WebDAV
traffic that your clients are now generating? If you're using WebDAV with
SSL, even more server horsepower is likely to be needed. You might consider
each Entourage/Exchange user is essentially acting like a voracious Web
browser, and think of scaling the servers in those terms.

Outlook 2001 was a very different Exchange client.
