Hello all, We're running into a curious problem. It seems some people's date and time on their computer gets out of whack for some reason or other. So therefore sometimes we get messages that are dated _very_ incorrectly which throws off all our chain of correspondence. I couldn't find anything in E'rage's help files or lists. We'd love to get into the header of the individual message to "reset" the time by using the outgoing server's time which would be a very close approximate of when the message was written. We now have a rule that flags all incoming messages that are outside a date's range. But once we have that certain message, we'd like to have it queue correctly.
Would anyone have any ideas? Sometimes we receive messages from 8 different people coming in almost at the same time so using a received time isn't always helpful.
