That depends on the IMAP server. My university's IMAP server (a Cyrus) is of
that type - all folders are subfolders of the INBOX. But my .Mac account as
folders at the same level as the INBOX. It just depends on the server -
nothing to do with Entourage. At least in my case, and other cases I know.

Yours is the only case I've heard of where this depends on which mail
application you're using.
