I don't have an answer for your rule problem.  Hopefully someone else will.
However, you'll find the links for the list archives at the bottom of this
email (and all other list posts).

Also, you may find that you'll get answers to your questions faster on the
(more active) microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage newsgroup.  In case
you're not familiar with newsgroups and the various ways to access them, see

(If using Safari, hit Refresh once or twice; better yet, use another
