I just activated OS 10.2.2 on a client�s iBook, upgraded to OS 10.2.8 and upgraded to Office X. I can�t seem to get the account password to stick. After having read some posts in the archives, I followed Paul Berkowitz�s advice and deleted the keychain and it�s prefs, created a new keychain and recreated the account password in E�Rage, then repaired permissions. All with no success. What is a bit strange is after having changed the Send & Receive All schedule from a repeating schedule of 10 minutes to manual, the password prompt doesn�t come up for the first 10 minutes or so but then appears consistently.
