Hi,

Does Calendar Sharing work for multiple delegates with Entourage 2004 on
Exchange?

The Issue

BEFORE:
Using the calendar delegating system in Outlook 2001, an Assistant could
manage the Calendars of more than one Manager. They could make Meeting
requests and receive/accept Meeting requests on behalf of both Managers.

AFTER:
Using Mac OS X 10.3.6 and Entourage 2004 (11.1.1) the Assistant can only
manage one Calendar (make Meeting requests, receive/accept Meeting requests
for one Manager). If a second Manager is added, the Assistant can make
Meeting requests for the second Manager's Calendar but cannot receive
Meeting requests (and therefore cannot accept or decline on the Manager's
behalf).

In testing, all delegation (Calendar setup) was done using Outlook 2001 and
Outlook XP. The assistants were given "Publishing Editor" status to both the
Mailbox and Calendar.
Shared calendars work as expected if all users run Outlook 2001
(in Classic environment or OS 9) but not if one or both Managers use
Entourage 2004.

Are we trying to do something that isn't supported, like the Out Of Office
Manager?

Thanks
