Unfortunately that didn't work. It still hangs - actually now more often than ever. Are there other folders that it might be a good idea to exclude from Spotlight indexing?
And my annoying Word-font problem has returned - I think I need a doctor's visit, soon :( (Still iMac G4, OSX 10.4.1, Office 2004 (11.1.0) and no Norton or other Filesaving applications installed (that I know of).)
