I've been trying to help my mother-in-law use Entourage more effectively - she has retinitis pigmentosa and finds email too hard to read at the sizes considered normal.
Is there any way to create stationary she can use so she won't have to change the background and the font size each time she creates a new email? Or replies to one?
When I used Eudora, I could reply with a particular stationary item, as an example.
Also, I'd like to know more about changing the default fonts for the things in the program - like the line where the mail address is typed. List items can be changed, of course, but the list of sizes is limited. Is there a way to get into the guts and be more precise?
We'd also want to know how to do this for other problems - or better yet, on a global scale.
