Now I am not so sure if it's Error 4362 or Error 4363, but it's IDENTICAL to what Jerome is describing below...
It doesn't happen every time, and reattaching attachments, or creating a new message with the attachments, and then pasting the text from the "sick message" usually works. The trick is not to Save, and then just click Send. Save is what seems to be causing this problem ALMOST every time. The attachments are iPhoto photos. I.e. I select a few photos in iPhoto, and then click on Email Icon to email them. A new Entourage Message is created with those photos... As long as I don't Save before Sending, it's OK, pretty much all the time... As to making Reporting Easy, I couldn't agree more... It should be from within Office -- EASY, rather then through a web site, where it SEEMS-FEELS like they want to frustrate one enough, so that the person simply goes away... Thanks everyone for Spotlighting this issue... Hopefully MSFT folks will cure it SOON... Once it's fixed and Entourage is Spotlight Compatible, I'll buy the next version of Office, particularly if it plays nice with Palm PDA's or Smart Phones. For now, Office X is plenty for me.
