Can you be more specific? Are you trying to see what needs to be enabled on an Exchange server in order to support Entourage v.X and/or 2004? If that's the case, I believe you just enable Outlook Web Access (either on your Exchange server, for a simple environment, or a front end server for a more complex environment). Then, connect to that host with Entourage -- using either HTTP or, preferably, HTTPS. You'll also want to know the host name for a Global Catalog server, for Entourage's LDAP connections. If you are in a complex environment with more than one front end server (as I am), you will probably want to have some sort of failover-enabled host for the front end. But you might want that for OWA, anyway. Basically, for DAV support, you'll want to use the same host name you use for OWA. You'll also want to have the LDAP and MS-GC ports enabled for access on your backend Global Catalog server(s). Again, you'll probably want a host name -- generally, a different host name than your OWA server(s) -- specifically for that. If you don't allow LDAP access outside your own network, you'll want to tell people this so that they know to use a VPN client if they need that access for lookups or delegation setup. You may need to verify that certain DAV verbs are allowed on the front end or OWA server. You can find out more about that in the Office Resource Kit for the relevant version of Office (v.X or 2004): <http://www.microsoft.com/mac/resources/resources.aspx?pid=resourcekits> Entourage 2004 is detailed in the Office 2004 ORK.
