Further investigation revealed that my default mail account had somehow been switched to a POP account instead of the Exchange account (both of which point to the same server), which could possibly explain some other unexpected behaviour that I've been experiencing. I've fixed it in the meantime by changing the script to "Exchange account 1" instead of "default mail account". Thanks!
