Drill down to the file ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004 Identities/[your identity name]/Database and just copy that file over. That will be enough to back up your data. You can also copy the rules, lists & sigs file if you want for complete recovery

Hello,

I was wondering how I can back up my calendar on my usb memory stick on my mac powerbook g4 2004 entourage.  I have tried dragging over microsoft data from documents but it says that there are titles too long for the memory space.

Please help - I don't ever want to loose my appointments.
