As long as I've worked with Entourage, all incoming mail goes to the
Inbox. POP mail goes to the main "Inbox" folder; IMAP accounts each
have their own In box folder. Are you dealing with POP or IMAP? It's
possible, I suppose, that it is IMAP and that Eudora import folder is
set up as the in box for that IMAP account--or something like that.

But if it is POP mail, it all goes to the Inbox folder unless
something explicitly moves it elsewhere. As Eddie suggests, check all
the rules, all the Mailing List Manager rules as well, to see if
anything is set to move mail to the Eudora folder.
