My goal was to import an identity folder (OLDSTUFF) from entourage X (10.1.4) into entourage 2004 (11.1)
I copied the whole identity folder into the Office 2004 identities folder, then I went to switch identities and chose " OLDSTUFF" - thinking that it would automatically update import all the emails - however it just waited for about five minutes - then finally told me that I needed to rebuild that database - so I said OK - and five or 10 minutes later - it all came up : after it deleted all the e-mail's! NICE IMPORT TECHNIQUE! - so I imagine there is some other way to do this correctly - and I have quite a bit of old stuff to import ...
