I'd like to add that Paul's scripts work well, are updated when
required by changes in software (or just because he wants to), and he
provides support in the rare occasion that things don't work as
expected. He has been doing this for years, and his giving 14 free
days of syncing is really a gift for many people who only need to do
it once.

scripts, I
can also attest to e2Sync (from e2Sync.com) working pretty well
for me.
YMMV. It plugs into iSync.
