This is referring to a specific email header other than the common ones
already provided to you. You can see these headers by choosing "Internet
Headers" or "Source" from the View menu while a message is selected.
An example...your ISP might offer some kind of junk email protection by
scanning incoming mail and tagging messages that are likely spam with a
special header. Such a header might look like:
X-Spam: yes
You could create a rule that quarantines or deletes all mail that has "yes"
in the "X-Spam" header.
