Check /Users/<Your Regular User>/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/.  Try
removing one file from the folder and launching Entourage.  If it still
crashes, replace the file and try the next one.  Repeat until you've located
the bad preference file.

Also test the com.apple.internetconfig.plist file in /Users/<Your Regular
User>/Library/Preferences/.

If you still have problems, remove and re-install Office X.  Insert the
Office X CD, then open the Value Pack.  Launch the Value Pack Installer.
Check "Remove Office", then click "Continue."  Run the "Remove Office"
utility.  When done, re-install Office X from the CD & apply the latest
update.
