First of all, you should get the latest update for Office and then download & install the updated version of the Handheld Synchronization conduit for Entourage X. Both are available here: <http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx#OfficeX> If you still have the same problem, check your "Conduits" folder, and make sure that the newer conduits (Calendar, Contacts, Memos, Tasks) are also in the "Disabled Conduits" folder.
