Try rebuilding your database. Hi Diane, Thanks so much. Can you explain what you mean? I have my old db (Main Identity) folder sitting on the desktop, but I'm not sure what you mean by "mailbox." Since ent says it cant access this particular DB, though it is working with my backupdisk version, I'm not sure how to access it.
