Title: Junk Mail Filter
I am running Entourage 2004 on Mac OS 10.4.
There are certain Email messages that I am receiving that are being marked as junk mail. I don’t want them marked as junk mail and so I opened the message from the junk mail folder and clicked “This is not Junk E-Mail”. The messages then moves to the inbox, but a couple seconds later pops back into the junk mail folder marked as junk mail.
I have turned junk mail protection off, and tried again, but it keeps remarking it as junk mail. (I have no rules created that would be doing this) It seems that no matter what I do, it marks it as junk mail. I even added it to the “safe domains” list and still, with Junk mail protection set to none, it marks it as junk mail and moves it to that folder.
Any ideas?
