Hello All, No answer or solution.
>From reading other posts, the problem is triggered by weird html emails that have some code that Ent does not like. Some emails will open fine second time after Ent and Microsoft Error Reporting (MER) have both frozen. Other times both Apps Ent and MER freeze a second time. The fix is to turn off the Preview pane and then sometimes the Email will open ok in a new separate window. If this fails, just delete the email.
