Title: Message Classes
I’ve recently converted to Entourage on Mac in an Exchange 2003 server environment from Outlook for PC. The entourage client does not display read receipts, so they keep piling up on the server until I launch Outlook on the old PC and move them to another folder off the server. If, on Outlook, I sort by document type, they are variations of “Message Class: Read Report (Message)” or “...Unread Report...” or “...(Meeting Acceptance)”, or “...(Meeting Request)”, etc. Does anyone know how I can get Entourage to recognize and display these messages?
