Andy already told you. They came from the "Directory Services" menu item in
Tools menu (maybe also "tab" in Accounts, as Andy said), which you probably
never looked at. Back in the early days of Outlook Express, these public
LDAP services actually existed, and were built in. By the time of Entourage
2001, there was only one still in existence, and by Entourage X none, but
they've all been transferred from version to version until now. In 2004 SP 2
the Directory Services menu item has been removed since there are now
separate Address Books. So people with Exchange can view their Exchange LDAP
in Address Book view. But these old _public_ defunct LDAP services also got
transferred if you never deleted them from the former "Directory Services".
They're defunct - dead. Delete them.
