It works perfectly, thanks much, Barry!

Ruth, open Script Editor (Applications->AppleScript folder), paste in
Barry's text (as he says, make sure it is all on one line), then press
"Compile", and save it as whatever you want to call it and wherever you
want. Then, while in EntX, at the top of your screen, go to
Tools->Schedules, then select "New Schedule", give the schedule a name,
under "When" select "Repeating schedule" in the first box and a time frame
next to that (I put every 5 days), then in the "Action" box below, select
"Run Applescript", then click the "Script" button that will appear to the
right of that, then locate your new script in the window that pops up,
select it, then save the schedule. You're done!
