I hope I’m sending this to the right forum since this
is my first time here. One of our
users has been experiencing Entourage 2004 quitting unexpectedly throughout the
day. We are running Exchange 2003
and she is running OS10.4. No one
else has complained about this so I’m guessing it’s specific to her
computer. She is working on a brand
new iBook but said that this problem happened on her old system also. My feeling is that someone probably
imported her preferences and identity over to the new system and I have removed
the following files: 1) com.microsoft.entourage.prefs.plist 2)com.microsoft.office.prefs.plist 3) entourage preferences 4)Microsoft Office ACL [English] 5 Office 11 First Run For a couple of days Entourage stopped quitting on her but
it started back again. Not sure how
to proceed from here. If anyone has some suggestions or possible solutions that
I can try, it would be greatly appreciated. Ps – she also said that her identity was trashed
before and then recreated but that didn’t solve the problem either. Her setup in Entourage is to receive and
send email through Exchange and she also has a couple of POP3 email accounts
