And if we're being pedantic - didn't Eudora beat OE to storing user data
outside of the application folder? I'm pretty sure the default location for
the Eudora Folder was inside the System Folder, but that you could move it
at will and then just launch the app by double-clicking the Eudora Settings
file (or an alias).

Other than that, I also agree with what Paul said. I just have a handful of
dumb/dangerous users to consider :)
