The other thing is, We use the RADIO tab in contacts (under phones) to put in Nextel DC numbers. This also syncs with Blackberry phones if you have the Enterprise server. However when I sync to palm, all my radio numbers were stripped from the contacts and I had to go to a backup. Not sure if that was the PALM Sync alone, or Entourage which stripped that out. I have never had a problem up until I tried doing a Palm sync. If you click on the business phone in Outlook on Windows, you will see many types of phones you can use, radio being one of the choices.
All Mac Palm syncs – i.e.. the Entourage conduit plus the standard Palm Desktop conduit plus Missing Sync – sync only 5 email+phone numbers. I can never work out which have priority (phones, I think, in some order) but only 5. And only 1 street address. All this will need to be improved when we get SyncServices implemented (still promised for Entourage 2004 when Apple's OS fix is in place) and probably will be.
