Can't you add a rule that triggers on "is Junk Mail"? You can get it  to
play a sound using AppleScript and the Play Sound application, then move the
email to the Junk Mail folder (assuming that it doesn't still do it
automatically). I use something similar for urgent messages (i.e., priority
>= high).
