One member of this list informed me that Microsoft pulled the SP2
updated from the auto-updater feature but not from the download site,
while they create a fix to it (something like SP2.1).  This is great
news since I'm rebuilding machines in Tiger from Panther and doing clean
installs with Office 2004; I don't want the SP2 installed until
Microsoft fixes it.

I've been running SP2 in my iBook and G5 iMac with OS 10.4.2 with no
known problems.

One similar thing, I tried to use Auto Update to Install SP2 in my Mac
Mini but it didn't download.

I had to go to the MS website and get it myself.
