Title: Seeing Free Busy data on a shared calendar

Hi, I have one user who shares her exchange calendar with her assistant.  Her assistant when making meeting requests (invitations) cannot see the others users free/busy data.  The assistant can see the free/busy data on her own exchange calendar, but not on the calendar of her boss.  Why is this?  Is there a way to make this work properly?  Using Entourage 2004 with sp2 (11.2)
