Um, no, IMAP doesn't. IMAP is a mail protocol, there is no delegation.

What version of Exchange, and is it up to date WRT patches? As well, what do
you mean by "left on the server and apparently ignored"?

I'd stop using IMAP for this, it's REALLY not designed for what you're
doing. I live with E'rage and Exchange all day, and don't see messages on
the server that aren't in E'rage, and I'm running GoodLink for my PPC
device.
