No, Allen, that doesn't work for Mail 2.0 in Tiger. Mail now uses different
(so-called) mbox packages, which are actually folders containing many files
and a Messages subfolder containing separate XML-content message files with
.emlx extension. (This makes it possible for Spotlight to index and search
them all.) Entourage has no way of dealing with those folders. These were
invented after Entourage 2004 shipped.

But if you go into each mail folder in mail, select All messages, make sure
they're all downloaded, then File/Save As/Raw Message Source, you end up
with a file with no extension that's actually a good old-fashioned .mbox
file. Do a Get Info on one of them (control=click or cmd-I) and set
Entourage to open it, click Change All. Double-clicking it brings up an
Entourage dialog to import it as a mail folder. (You can't drag it in since
it doesn't actually have an Entourage icon.)

That way you can import all your Mail folders into Entourage. Only do this
for local (POP) mail folders. For IMAP. just create the account in Entourage
and you'll find all the IMAP folders on the server.

PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using -
**2004**, X or 2001. It's often impossible to answer your questions
otherwise.
