Not quite. It would also require all other computers that access that
account to also leave the mail on the server, perhaps deleting it after so
many days. If you don't do this then another computer would download the
mail and delete it and the twix computer will not receive all messages to
twix.

You should also ensure the mail account settings on the twix machine are set
not to delete messages from the server when they are deleted from the
computer.

If there is a 3rd party server receiving mail to the domain then it would be
better to set the server up to have a separate account for the twix mail.
The twix machine would then not have to do all this, other than downloading
the mail.
