The timebomb is particularly egregous when you combine it with Communigate Tech support telling you the only way to fix bugs is to upgrade to a version of the product that you aren't licensed for, but not telling you that, and then when you timebomb, telling you your solution is to downgrade and live with the bugs or send them more money. No thanks. They used to be a great company with a great product, now they're just unethical scoundrels looking to vacuum your wallet.
