I believe that the Entourage Conduit for the Palm recognizes each separate identity as a different User. That means you could sync them to different Palms, using the separate Users dialog in the HotSync Conduit, Since the Palm OS does not have "identities", you can't make a second identity on the Palm. (I believe that on Outlook Windows there are "Hidden" items which could correspond with the same feature on the Palm, and it could all be done in _one_ profile there, but Entourage doesn't have this and anyway you have them split between identities already.)
