Does anyone's E. viewer hang on certain HTML msgs.? I can get either text or html msgs. from PC World, but if I opt to use html and the viewer, the program hangs/freezes. Thoughts? Yes, and I've rebuilt the database numerous times. I am trying to migrate to E. full-time but this issue and the duplicate msg. occurrences are making me wary.
