Before I say yes or no, what version of OS and what version of Entourage are you running?

Subject: Re: An odd problem
Hi,
I have 2 end users with this problem. We’re in an Exchange environment running Entourage 11.1.0 (Mac OS X 10.3.6). Mail is being delivered the “Deleted Items” and/or to the Inbox on “Folders on my Computer”. A daily internal newsletter actually makes it to and stays in the Inbox on the Server.
There are no Rules set up in Entourage or on the Exchange Server. Junk Mail is turned off (intercepted at the Server).
So far I have tried
deleting all rules and preferences for the user
Rebuilt the database
Created a second account with the same settings
Recreated the account on another Mac (OS X 10.3.9), mail was still delivered to “Deleted Items” (apart from the newsletter which stayed in the Inbox)
Logged into a PC as the end user and the mail that was in the deleted items, appears in the Inbox.
Logged in using Outlook Web Access and the mail that was in the deleted items appears in the Inbox.
I am going to try applying the service pack to see if it makes any difference.
Any other suggestions?

You can see how this would affect a person's e-mail.
Just a thought.
