I’m using Entourage v. 11.1.0. And Mac OS 10.4.2
With several years of e-mails accumulated, now the sofware won’t open. I get the message (I’m translating from the Spanish here) “This identity can’t be opened with this version of Entourage”. Within the “documents” folder is a “Office 2004 Identities” folder and in that a “main identity” folder that contains the data base (more than 180mb), signatures, mail list and rules icons.
Can I somehow recuperate my mails?
Re-apply all the updates to MS Office – choose 'Check for Updtaes' from the 'Help' menu.
