The Custom Dictionary is not in the MUD folder - unless you personally put
it there. (Probably that's where it should be, but is not located there when
you install Office.) By default, the Custom Dictionary is in
~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/
where ~/ is your user folder.

PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using - 2004,
X or 2001. It's often impossible to answer your questions otherwise.
