You never will get a reply, because MS do not know who or where the report
came from. The reports are used to collate the frequency with which
different types of crash occur so they can efficiently target resources at
those problems which affect most users. They also allow the developers to
discover new flaws in the programme.

However, they are completely free from identifiable personal data.
