Yes, that link has been broken for so long it's a disgrace. Believe me, the MVPs have raised this issue in no uncertain way with MS, but the trouble is that the original target of that link went away in a corporate wide re-shuffle of the feedback mechanism, and was replaced with a method that didn't work for mac users. Since then, they have been unable to develop a decent replacement, in spite of two or three attempts and lots of promises in between.
