Do it in Word 2004, where you have an infinite variety of formatting
choices. Then go to File -> Send To -> Mail Recipient (As HTML), and it will
pass to Entourage for you to fill in the recipients' (or a group's) name and
email address. You must do all the editing in Word before you send.
