We've seen this happen, particularly when using the Finder's Find windows
rather than the Spotlight search menu.  It's not limited to Entourage items,
just you'll see it a lot more as most people have a whole heck of a lot of
e-mails that end up in their Spotlight results.

Would really be nice if it didn't happen--you would be able to have a Smart
Folder that showed all items within a particularly category or one with all
tasks due today.
