You consider that dense prose? It's describing what will happen. I'm not sure what you would prefer: "Entourage good, fire bad"? Too terse ;-?

Talk about dense prose! Can anyone parse this/know what the hey they
are talking about here? Replace which Entourage items? This is almost
hopelessly confusing.
Really? I thought it was explicit. I saw this as a "Sync services will overwrite Entourage data" option.... The last line ought to make it clear enough: "Use this if you don't have information in Entourage"...

Ditto.

In all seriousness, I thought they did a good job of giving people sufficient information.
The problem is that people are so used to scanning quickly they may not STOP and READ. Which is all that's really necessary.
I suppose it could have been put this way:
( ) Overwrite Entourage Data with Sync Services (note: all existing Entourage data will be deleted)
( ) Overwrite Sync Services with Entourage (note: all existing data will be replaced with information from Entourage)
( ) Merge Entourage into Sync Services (safest choice, but may lead to duplicates)
There is no perfect wording, but perhaps that would have been more in line with what people are used to.
