Well, if someone can get a message to her if she's in need of hosting, I would be willing to host the site -- with her having absolute control over it -- and host a domain (which she would need to register) at no charge.  I have a hosting contract with Dreamhost which allows me many more domain name hostings than I wiIl ever use, and plenty of diskspace.  She would have her own private login information and all that (ssh and sftp).

If this is all the product of one person's work, then that's all the more reason why it shouldn't be off somewhere where no one else can benefit from it.

Whatever the case, with 11.2.3 just out the door, it's an important time to have this information available to people.
