If you want to compress files, I think you need StuffIt Standard: <http://www.stuffit.com/mac/standard/> If you don't want to pay for that, you can compress the folder in the Finder. In the File menu, select "Create Archive of...". This will give you a .zip archive. On a side note, it'd be great if Entourage could support OS X's built-in compression as StuffIt is becoming fairly marginalized.
