It's a useful habit to get into if any of your mail is sitting on an
Exchange server, because chances are your mailbox on the server will have a
quota set. If I want to keep something, I generally move it to a local
folder. Otherwise, I go to a bit of effort to expunge unnecessary
attachments from the server mailbox, in order to keep the overall mailbox
size down.
