Hi there, I was just trying to add a digital certificate to one of my e-mail accounts to be able to sign and encrypt mails. In the security panel of the account I it gave me the option to add my Apple issued certificate to it. I guess this certificate is used for e-mail, ichat, ... and is issued by Apple by default if one has an apple id. When adding it to the account I got the prompt telling me that the e-mail address (my .mac e-mail) was different than the one mentioned in the certificate though when reading the certificate it stated my user name and e-mail adress on it. Is this a problem from Apple's side or doesn't Entourage accept the certificate? And what is a good place to get a certificate issued? I liked it to use PKI.
